Online CD, DVD and Game trading site Music Magpie has recently launched a new Facebook store that has promised to change Facebook forever.

Music Magpie the United Kingdom’s biggest site for people looking to earn cash from their old CDs, DVDs and games have recently launched new scanning software so users can turn their webcams into a bar-code scanner.

Rather than typing each barcode in manually users of Music Magpie can simply download and install the new software then use their webcams to quickly scan each item that they want to sell. Using webcams to scan items is expected to significantly speed up the process especially if users have a lot of items to sell. (more…)
